Import the internal monitors from your desktop client of Automate. System -> General -> Import SQL File

Once imported click on automation -> Monitors -> Internal Monitors to find the new monitors. 

Update the agentid in the sql command to match your monitor id

Confirm the appropriate alert template is applied on the alerting tab
